Service Description
Hey there! My name is Devon McFarland, I live in Brooklyn, NY, and this is a form for tattoo appointment intake. Pricing starts at $150 for a tattoo up to 3" and will scale with size and complexity. I'm currently tattooing at my apartment, and I have 2 cats and a dog that are all very friendly and love tattoo clients. If you have pet allergies and choose to book, consider taking allergy medication prior to your appointment. After I receive your form submission, I'll follow up with you through email to confirm the design details for your tattoo. Once we land on a design (whether it is flash or custom), I'll provide deposit information and follow up with address details and a calendar invite for your session.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking, which will be subtracted from the total cost of your tattoo at the end of the session. I will be able to refund the deposit for cancellations greater than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment. I'm also happy to work with you on rescheduling if needed.
